¹ Introductory APR Disclosure

• 0% APR for 12 months from the date the account is opened applies to Balance Transfers made using your GE Money Platinum card. Balance Transfers must be posted to your Account within 12 months from date the account is opened to qualify for this offer.
• A Transaction Fee for each Balance Transfer that posts to your Account will be charged equal to the greater of $5.00 or 3% of the amount of the Balance Transfer.
• Payments will be applied in accordance with your Agreement to lower APR balances (including promotional balances) before higher APR or non-promotional balances. If you have existing balances or incur additional balances at higher APRs, you will not receive the full benefit of this promotion.
• The reduced APR offer does not apply to Purchases or Cash Advances.
• This offer will be terminated and the Default Rate may apply if you fail to make a minimum payment when due, you exceed your credit limit or cash advance limit, or you make a payment to us that is not honored by your bank. The Default Rate may vary and as of 8/1/08 is 28.99%.
• After the promotion expires, the Purchase Standard Rate will be applied to all new and existing Balance Transfers. Minimum monthly payments required.
• To transfer a balance to your GE Money Platinum card, call us at 866-869-4671. We reserve the right to decline to process any Balance Transfer request for any reason, and will not transfer a balance from any of our affiliates. Transfers will be processed in the order determined by us. If the amount you wish to transfer is greater than your available credit line, we may either reject the request(s) or process any portion up to your available credit line. It may take up to four weeks for a Balance Transfer request to be credited to your other credit card account(s). It is your responsibility to make any payments required to keep your other account(s) current and to close your other account(s), if you desire. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur on your other account(s) as a result of your Balance Transfer(s). If you have a dispute with a creditor, and pay the balance in question by transferring it to your GE Money Platinum card, you may lose certain dispute rights.
• After your Introductory 0% APR expires, one of the following variable APRs (as of 8/1/08) will apply to purchases and balance transfers:Net Rewards and Cash Rewards cards:10.24%, 13.24% and 17.24%; Low APR cards: 8.24%, 11.24% and 17.24%.Minimum Finance Charge is $2.00.

³ Cash Rewards
Rewards apply only to net card purchases - not to balance transfers, cash advances or fees and finance charges. Maximum annual cash rebate is $500. (See Cash Rewards Program terms for details.)
